“My right break light was out and I called Autozone in Morrisville to see if they had the bulb. The lady who picked up the phone was very kind and helpful in answering my questions. I told her I wasn't sure of the car model for her to help me find the specific light bulb. So I went to the store so I can provide the information. She not only helped me find the correct break light but also took the time to replace it for me also. I really appreciated that gesture. Thank you for your kindness!”

“Terrific customer service! My wife went there to get a replacement rear window wiper blade for our Toyota Rav4, and the woman who sold it to her asked, "Would you like me to install it?” Now these Toyota rear wipers do not have a J-clip design, and it’s not obvious how to install them – but the lady at Advance Auto looked it up on YouTube and did the job in a jiffy. We highly recommend this auto parts store!”
