“I’ve had three cars repaired by GP. He is a very skilled craftsman and takes pride in his work and it shows. His paint matching skills are among the best I’ve seen. He also fixed my daughter’s car, and you can’t even tell it was hit! He will work with you financially and give you suggestions on saving a couple of dollars on the job. He is extremely busy though, and sometime may not have your car ready when promised, but the extra day or so it may take is worth it. “Had a significant dent in tailgate of my SUV. Jerry came to my house mid afternoon to give an estimate. He gave an estimate and said he could fix it right then. I gave an OK and he said to pull up a chair and watch if I wanted. I thoroughly enjoyed visiting with him while he did his work. He was very personable as we talked on a lot of things. When he finished I thought if I hadn't known of the damage I wouldn't have noticed it had happened. He, however, didn't think it was 100 percent like new and reduced the charge significantly. It was a very good experience and I would highly recommend him for this work.”

The manager and the head paint technician both came out to look at the car and were extremely helpful discussing the paint process. My car was side swiped by another vehicle so the 2 doors had to be replaced and most of the right side of the car painted. Caliber found the factory finish paint and it looks good as new again! Their customer service was excellent - highly recommend.”

“This is pretty much a one-man shop that operates out of a storage facility (think drive-up storage units). The work area is efficiently organized and clean. Cars being worked on are parked right outside, next to the storage unit area (garage), all within the secured confines of the storage facility. This has advantages in addition to obvious cost-efficiency- each person gets real service from the one working on his car. The intake was great- spoke to the owner/mechanic on the phone. He asked me to email pictures, and gave me a cost estimate that same day. Cordial and professional on the phone (and in person). Almost no wait time. While the insurance adjuster dithered, Mr. Ricardo worked a several-day project into a schedule that fit my needs; he did not turn me over to a "scheduling assistant" or reflexively tell me it would take two weeks to get started. This location has the added benefit that the owner has Toyota certification so he has additional mechanical skill..... that became evident to me as I went through the process. The estimate turned out to be very close to the actual cost. The outside of the car was polished up nice and looked good when I picked it up. Really, it looked good as new. Body work is not cheap. It's a good line of business for those who can do it efficiently and honestly. This is my first time through the insurance/ body shop process- I don't care for the system. Too disconnected to the customer, lots of wasted time and money, and too much nonsense to get out of paying. If you can afford it, this business offers good value for money and good customer experience while you deal with the other challenges- dealing with insurance, "scheduling assistants" and interruption of your transportation.”
