I had a package scheduled to be delivered "by the end of the day", with an estimate of 2pm until the end of the day. I took off of work early to be there, even though I opted for a "no signature" delivery. After tracking it seemingly near my address, I kept waiting for it to show. At around 7pm, I got a message saying that "We tried to deliver today, but no one was home." As I was sitting in my living room with the front door open, waiting for the delivery, I can tell you that this was an outright lie. Also, I had already opted for a no signature delivery, with instructions to leave the package at the front door. It should have been left even IF no one was at home (I was). This should tell you all you need to know about the message "We tried to deliver today but no one was home". Now, it's Friday night, and my local DHL Express doesn't reopen until Monday morning at 10am. I used to think DHL Express was one of the better options. Now all I can hope for is that you give me a realistic expectation on when the package will be delivered, so I can be present for my no signature delivery.

Delivered package to wrong address but lied on proof of delivery document saying it was delivered to my address. The door in the photo confirmation is not even in the same neighborhood or street, or even the same kind of building. I live in an apartment and it was delivered to a house. I even specified on instructions that it could be left in mail room if parcel locker was inaccessible.
Filed a complaint to corporate but it’s remained stagnant so far, asked corporate customer service for updates only for response to be that the Morrisville facility has not been responding to them.

I would give -5 stars if I could. STOP USING THEM. They tried to deliver my package on Oct. 28, 2024 & I wasn’t home. I did the release option right after they attempted to deliver (didn’t know I’d have to sign); thinking it would be delivered the next day. Nope. It was not. I contacted them via chat & rep Vinley, said it’s sitting on a truck waiting to be delivered. I told the rep it says delivery by Oct. 29, 2024, 9:00 pm. So missing it, pushed it out 2 days. They didn’t attempt the next day like all of the others would. This company should be closed. DOES NOT OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING!! Instead they offer “when I feel like it” shipping. .

Still haven’t received my package. Was supposed to come here yesterday. Can the drivers not follow directions or what ? It says “by end of day” but my
Mail services close @5pm. I’d like my package at least by 2pm.

This is the third time I’ve had DHL deliver something I ordered from Iceland. The first time was form, though I had to pick up the package. The second time, the driver lied about stopping at my house and I caught it on video as they just drove by. This time the driver was across town when he claimed to have tried to deliver to my front door. I have cameras outside my house and three very alert dogs and have been home all day. I have been at home at my desk within 12 feet of the door and full visibility outside during the time the driver said he tried to deliver. The driver simply lied. I really want to like DHL because the staff at their office on Kitty Hawk Drive have always been very friendly, but my experience supported by objectively collected evidence shows that they lie about attempted deliveries.

What a horrible service, lack of professionalism, lack of respect for their clients, they are supposed to be a big company.” in quotes “because you don't have anything about that, never send your things this way. They sent me a package from Mexico, it was supposed to arrive Monday, on Wednesday I called them to say what had happened and they told me that the driver did not attempt to deliver until Thursday or 4 days later……….it can't be… ….?And for everything they charge it's not worth it. What anger.

absolutely the worst delivery service I've ever encountered. I took off work 3 days waiting for a package that was supposed to delivered on a wed., no show, but online portal says the driver got no response at my home --- not true. I waited for a friday re-delivery. Same story, same story (untrue) from the delivery driver. On the following Monday I sat in the window in sight of my door and driveway ALL DAY - no delivery. Finally went and grabbed the item at their office 21 miles away from my home. And the online portal claims the driver got no answer at my door! If any vendor tells me they will ship goods via this company i will buy from someone else. Absolutely the worst! No Stars, but I am forced to give at least 0ne ..

My package has been sitting at this facility for a week and they keep pushing my delivery date back even though I paid for express shipping. Every time I talk to a representative, I’m told “it will be delivered by the end of the day” and then it does not show up. I call back or use the chat feature and then I’m told “oh, well it will be delivered by the end of the day tomorrow”.

I've had over 20 packages delivered from Japan over the last year via DHL. Every single one has been on time or early. When delivered to my office, I can track the route of the truck as it approaches. When held at the facility, the front desk employees are always friendly and engaging. Great job DHL!

Package delivered to the wrong address, and the driver forged our signature in the proof of delivery. Both us and the wrong recipient opened a claim. Called everyday for a week, customer service kept repeating that they "let a note" to this local station to fix the problem. This was not a lost package, they knew where it was and where it should be delivered; no attempt whatsoever to fix it.
Reading the reviews it looks like it's a common issue in this area.
We had to resolve by ourselves: the recipient googled our name, found us on Facebook, contacted us and we were able to get the package.
Thank you DHL, we now have a new friend!

I paid for express shipping express shipping means it supposed to be delivered on the next day they said the 25 and I ordered on the 15 now it’s August 27 and they saying it’s going to be delivered on the 28 this service sucks and I will never do it again

Complete and total joke. Package wasnt even close to being on time. Was suppose to be delivered on thursday and told i have to wait on monday. I paid good money for shipping only to have dhl fall flat on their face. If i could give negative stars then i would.

Package was supposed to arrive at 3:30 to 4:30 and the carrier is just sitting at express services for the past hour.. horrible service not worth the price
