They are liars. Dishonest in their communication. Promised service did not provide. I've being trying to get my package for over a week. The logistics are awful! The customer SERVICE person I spoke to in Morrisville is a liar as well as the supervisor.

Thank you so much DHL for handling my package. I called the facility to see if I could have my package picked up instead of delivered and it went through with ease. Every representative that I spoke with, were friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend them. THANK YOU all again!!!

Waiting for a package for the last 1 week, finally this morning it said it is out for delivery. I was at home all day, my husband as well. They did not even make an attempt to deliver, but updated customer not at home .
