“July officially makes a year here at Maa Arringdon the only issues I’ve honestly had here came from my own personal experience however, the front office staff are so awesome. Caroline has been amazingly helpful. She also is very down to earth and does not judge or make you feel uncomfortable for asking questions. I have had some pretty bad experiences with apartment complexes. But this one makes things alright.”

I must admit, if we were to make this our home, I could easily see myself never wanting to leave! Without a doubt, The District Lofts has secured a top position on our list of considerations. “Where do I begin? The Bristol, from leasing staff to maintenance to quality of the homes, I couldn't have asked for a better home in Morrisville. Each time I visit the office, I am always greeted with a smile and warm welcome. The maintenance crew is always timely, friendly and diligent with their work. This team sure knows how to make you feel comfortable where you live and always brighten my day. I recommend living at the Bristol not only because of the staff and atmosphere, but the great proximity to so many restaurants, stores, and more. If I could tell you one thing, it would be to get your tour scheduled ASAP, because The Bristol staff will find you exactly what you need with the best personalities. “2022-2023 Moved here about 6 months ago and have had a great experience so far! Shoutout to Fred, the office manager, who’s especially dedicated to his craft and has always answered any questions or concerns in a respectful and timely manner. Maintenance is very quick to respond. Updated, stainless steel smart appliances including microwave, stove, and refrigerator with ice maker! The neighborhood is mostly upper middle class families, and the surrounding area is very wealthy. Connected to an amazing greenway! There is a train nearby, but it hasn’t been bothersome for us. Shopping very close by, at the end of a culdusac so essentially no traffic. School bus stops right outside of property where the majority of the kids go. Pool and gym and laundry on site. Overall wonderful place to live in Morrisville from our perspective!”

My overall experience was pleasant.The property manager, Mia is approachable, always welcomes with a smile and assertively tries to address tenant's queries/concerns. The staff is good, and helped with the timely resolution of the service requests which I raised during my stay.The community is well located in Morrisville with near by Wake county public schools,parks, shopping areas, RDU airport, and RTP offices. I recommended few of my friends this community for living.”

“The experience of living at Treybrooke at the Park, in my first year, has been rewarding and extremely enjoyable. First of all, for the assistance at all times from Magaly, who is super friendly and ready to provide some support or solve any problem. The maintenance staff is efficient and quick in solving any requirement. The apartment has access to a very large garden. I enjoy the birds singing every morning and when some visitors like bunnies and squirrels walk on the grass, really recommended.”
