“I have to agree with a lot of the posts that since we’ve had new management come in there has been a lot of positive changes things are looking better and yes management listens when you talk to them. It is not easy with many people coming at them with complaints about this that noise dogs smoking on and on and on but you gotta do the best you can to please everyone and that is not easy. My wife and I want to thank all that you do here to help everyone in the complex. The only thing and it’s a small tiny thing is it’ll be nice to have more food trucks if we could maybe during the weekday couple more and the time that you had that coffee truck came in that was amazing I’d love to have that guy come back. Again thank you for all you do”

“I toured both the District Loft and Collection amenities. I fell in love with the District Loct spacious 1 bedroom floor plan. Mark assisted me and provided impeccable service during the tour. So many others can learn from Mark. I’m appreciative of the assistance I received and the quote that Mark was kind enough to send over via email. The Loft was beautifully decorated in the leasing area and I love the wine on tap. The also smelled really nice at the entrance.

I just couldn’t get past Eau de Dumpster smell (from the trash chute) in the fitness room.
I appreciated the explanation. In the moment, going to The Collection to use their amenities sounds good (for warmer months) but what about the days when I don’t feel like it? As a 100% remote person I need all things in a building I’m living in to be pleasant. I can’t believe in all the 9 years this building has provided residence with such a nice apartment community that they haven’t considered renovating and moving the gym to another space.

“Here going on my second year, nothing but greatness here at camden westwood. Even with recent events shows how the community comes together. But definitely have to give a shout out to Francisco. Francisco did a great job servicing the dryer, took his time very attentive to his task and was able to handle it with no problems. “From the moment we came in to look at apartments on offer to the first week we moved in, Tori, Dorris and their team were nothing short than a breath of fresh air to work with. No bullshit or wool pulled over your eyes like at other places in the area. We went into their office, which was opened and staffed, were given plenty of offers within our budget and shown the apartment we would be moving into and not a staged model apartment. We pointed out flaws we immediately saw, and their team addressed every one of them well before our move in date after the holidays. We also had a new washer and dryer installed into the unit at no added cost to us. Even after our move in their maintenance team was quick to address any issues we had, particularly with the toilets which they ended up replacing, again at no additional cost to us, and came to our immediate aid when they started leaking.

Overall I am very happy with my experience with this apartment complex this far and look forward to being a tenant with them for many years to come. I must warn folks that the apartments here are old and some like our unit very much show their age, but if you are willing to put in the extra effort to make your unit your home it will all very much make it worth living here. It is certainly the first time that I can say with all sincerity that I am paying for the space that I am living in to be sure.”

“Stopped in on a whim. Becky greeted my mother and myself immediately and had us come to her office. All though they didn’t have the exact floor plan available for me to see at that time; Becky encouraged me to still see what they had available. I’m so glad I did. I loved the community and the amenities offered. Even though I wasn’t able to see exactly what floor plan I wanted; Becky made sure to let me know the differences I could expect from what they had available. What sold me was they don’t have breed or weight restrictions in their pet policy. It gives you a peace of mind if you’re a pet owner and doesn’t make you feel as if you have to choose between living quarters and your pet.”
