The service is unreliable and the customer service is even more unreliable. The incompetence and ineptitude is prevalent throughout their finance and technical department. Their finance department repeatedly lies to rush off the phone and the wait times for technical support are atrocious. Use your cell phone before using TDS for home service. Unreliable, undependable, incompetent, and inept.

Good place and great service, both the customer side and the technical side. Services on par with the other telecommunications companies. But their products and associates are what makes them better.

Cancelled service on 5/16 - paid final bill 5/30. Receive an email stating I had a zero balance on 6/2. On 7/2 received a new bill for 89.95 with "adjustment" listed as the reason for the charge with no explanation. I called the service line and got passed to 4 people who could not explain or resolve the issue. When I asked for a supervisor I was told one was not available. I was also told by the agent that she could not provide a reference number for our call. Not sure how this is going to end up but I've wasted a lot of time on this already.

They disconnected me early....talking to customer service was painful. They don't care. I have no confrimation for billing. They raised prices...more than double with no notice.

Ready to switch providers. TDS flyer gave some info but not enough and had a lot of fine print. So I visited this location. The lady I soke with is the kind of employee every business should have at walk-in locations. Due to her diligence, after I left and compared notes on various vendors, I made the decision to go with TDS.

If I could give them lower than 1 star I would and I would have switched immediately if I had another option. Luckily, spectrum is now in my area and I will be switching. Initially they were great, but customer service is horrible now.

Always raising the prices. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Won’t prorate the bill.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Over an hour on the phone having to enter my account number too many times to count! Multiple transfers only to be told they don’t serve the area and transferring again. I am being charged for internet that I don’t have with TDS. Awful customer service. Stay away from them.

Was a great company at 1st. Till I upgraded. Then they didn't transfer my auto pay. Did not send me my bills or told me I was late so I assumed it was comming out of my account like normal. Till they shut off my service and put me in collections. I have never had a late payment prior. I wish they never bother with the upgrade. I can not recommend this company any more. 3 + years of loyalty gone. When they looked it up said they were holding my bills. With no reason why listed. So because the sales person screwed up my upgrade I get to suffer. Which wouldn't be the worse but due to their mistake they want to cancel my rate lock and charge me $50 more per month. So I payed off my bill and canceled.

Just spent 20 mins on the phone waiting and talking to a rep and the call was cut off. Internet has been on and off consistently and today for over 2 hours, rep said there was no outages and was not helpful. Need a call back and resolution as this affects my work

For the Wi-Fi to be $120 it goes out every other day, if not everyday and multiple times a day!! My first bill if not the second we’re $XX but it increased out of no where. NOT worth the service if you can help it!

If you are looking for marginal internet with horrible customer service and shady business practices at very high prices this is the company for you. I can not begin to express how much you should avoid this service.

This company should not be in business. There have already been several reports to the Better Business Bureau about this company. Besides the poor customer service, if you are not careful you may be a victim of their scams. When you close your account with them and have money owed to you, it will not be returned. I have had nothing but trouble for 9 months to get my $37.00 back from them. The money is not the problem, it is how they handle business that is shameful!
