I would give them 0 stars if I could. I have had nothing but problems with them from installation to TV performance. They are a little cheaper than what we had before, but the cost savings isn't worth it.

TDS is simply the worst possibly run business I can imagine. Completely incompetent customer service associates and automation. They acquired my account from a previous service and have no plan to support customer transitions. Everyone involved with this organization should be fired and sent back to 3rd grade.

After taking forever to get put on the line with an actual person (who sounds just as robotic as the automated voice), she “transfers me to the local team”, AKA hung up on me. I have been locked out of my account for over a month with no success in getting a proper phone call from this company. Tragic ?
