“I have been looking for a gym for while; when I first saw the google review on Monroe CrossFit, it brought me interested. I was wondering what kind of Gym can have such high review. But I also have other concerns, as I learned from internet that CrossFit is more difficult than burn boot camp or the Pilate I have done before. However I really need to find a place to workout, and it’s not far away from where I live. So I set up an appointment online, and I received very quick response. Then I was asked for some basic information about my past experience on workout; after a meeting with Greg, I choose to start with 3 classes of personal training since I am total new to CrossFit; I must say Greg and Sharon are very nice and patient coaches, they help me adjust some movements that I have done incorrect, show me how to do it right, and keep encouraging me. For the first time, I feel I will like workout. After the personal training, I joined the class officially , I was actually very nervous for my first class, but turned out I worried too much. Can you believe you pay for the membership price, but still have “personal coach”. They make different plan for different members’ need. Every class, I have my own class schedule, the coach always keep eyes on me because I am new to CrossFit, I really feel been taking very good care of. We have few different coaches, no matter which class I attend, they remember my name, and be very patient to teach me how to do it right. Courtney, Andrea, and I can’t wait to take more classes and meet more coaches; I believe they are all the same, nice and patient. Except for the excellent coaches, everybody in the class are nice too. We say hi and smile to each other, encouraging each other; crossfit already becomes the most important daily thing for me. Can you believe I just take this class no more than a month. And from this long long review, you can imagine how much I love Monroe CrossFit!! If you are looking for a gym, come to this place, it won’t disappoint you.”

“Great gym and better atmosphere!! I'm a 49 year old and had gotten up to 240 lbs. I signed up for Enterprise's biggest loser program and am so glad that I did. My only regret is that I didn't do it 15 years earlier. Working with John has been great! He gives you a personalized program that is tailored for you and very easy to follow! After 5+ years of my weight yo-yoing between 215 and 240 lbs, John showed me a much better way. I wish I had known 25 years ago what the folks at Enterprise have taught me. After 12 weeks in the program, I'm down 38 lbs and still going! More importantly, it is easy to follow and sustain. I definitely recommend giving this gym a chance, it could be the best thing you do for yourself.”

“My only issue with this PF is that they allow their employees to park in the handicap van accessible parking spaces. Literally the space where the vans have access for their ramps to fold down.
I have two knee and a hip replacement and I have a permit to park. It takes me more space to exit my vehicle than most. It’s just a shame.
We’ve got to do better.”

“Great place to avoid being fat. Like, imagine unironically being fat, haha. Eating more calories than your body possibly needs and it storing in unflattering parts of your body. that would be crazy. Haha”

“Pretty fun place with lot to offer. But the pricing isn't for most people. I got a free pass for the week. 150 dollars in start up fees(for what? Paperwork?) Then 78 a month. And there's a contract to keep you from cancelling. Feels a little aggressive financially. But the outdoor pool is fun. Indoor is to when their not doing classes. There's a gym to but I wasn't really there for that. Life guards are inconsistent. Told us we couldn't do things that other people were doing in plain view. Cool place but start up fees and contracts seem a little disrespectful considering the monthly cost is already kinda high.”
