Last comment, I truthfully have never experienced such great quality work while also in such a short time-frame but still reflected on their profession/work ethic as if they took their time and even overly excessive (basically dragging out taking an extreme amount of time) but it was the completely opposite and the overall result left me being such a severely, extremely thankful, customer that's going to have ALL my future needs/wants and desires regarding my vehicle(s) & as well as my fiance's also probably majority of my relatives and whoever else we end up referring and I'm almost 100℅ sure they will all follow my footsteps because for YEARS going through an unnecessary/overly excessive amount of "mechanics/auto body work business" (SO CALLED "professionals") that ended up just being a complete regret of even doing business with them and spending even $1 with them but thankful because it made me be blessed enough to be able to find/go through Pro-Form paint & body shop and I am more than satisfied once again thank y'all so much can't wait to do more business with y'all!! ?????‼️??”

“I am not from here but needed an emergency interior detailing because of vomit. Dominique took great care in not only cleaning up the mess but ensuring that there was no trace of it ever happening. “I was referred to this place by George from SOHO motorsports and I really can't thank everyone enough! Back in July my tire debeaded off the wheel and the rim smashed part of my drivers side quarter panel. Alex ran an estimate but I was unable to drop my car off till much later. During that time, Alex said that the earliest date they had available to drop my vehicle off would be 09/13 and it would take 2 weeks for my vehicle to be completed. I was concerned because i had a trip scheduled around the same time the car was to be completed and I expressed this to Alex. Alex reassured me by saying that he would have my car ready by 09/24 so that i can leave for vacation the next day.Fast forward to 09/23 and i get a call from Alex telling me that my car was ready. A whole day before the promised date!! I couldn't believe it and i wanted to pick up my car immediately. Unfortunately I didn't have a ride and had to wait till 09/24 to pick it up. Worth the wait because when I saw my car, it looked brand new. Imperfections that the front end had from being in NYC were completely removed!!The damage to the quarter panel looked as though nothing happened!! The work was flawless!!Once again, one of the best body shops that you can find in Charlotte/Monroe and worth your time and money”
