I didn’t even have a chance to call and Tyler, our roll back driver, was coming out of the gate!! Right place at the right time! I walked over to see if he could tow us and he checked with his boss and all was well! Tyler is very courteous, professional, a great driver and got my family and I back home! “If you are new to Charlotte or you need your vehicle worked on this is the only place I trust. I have gone here for over 15 years. They are a small place with that old time feel. So kind and considerate of your time. They only fix what needs fixed. I thought my power steering pump went out. I took my SUV to Josh and I had a new pump in the car for it to be replaced. All it ended up being was some little modular thingy. These guys are honest. They know how to treat ladies and gentlemen. No one else in the area comes close to the excellent service you will get here. No lies, no rip offs and you are treated like family and they are very reasonably priced mechanics and professional. “I recently bought a 2018 Civic Hatchback....beautiful Crystal Black Pearl. Only 10 days and 600 miles off the lot, it was hit in the parking lot at work. Significant front left fender damage, requiring replacement. Based on the positive reviews I read here and elsewhere, I chose this shop, and was not at all disappointed.They keep their shop immaculate; it's evident they strive to be a top-notch operation. Andrey and staff were was as courteous and professional as could be. They certainly did their part in facilitating the rental car and insurance process. Andrey was thorough and knowledgeable in explaining the repair process before, during, and after. I was assured they would do their best to restore my baby back to new off-the-lot condition.I'm no trained judge of auto body work, but honestly, the car indeed looks like new. To me, the paint match and assembly work looks flawless...showroom shape, once again. “I was referred to this place by George from SOHO motorsports and I really can't thank everyone enough! Back in July my tire debeaded off the wheel and the rim smashed part of my drivers side quarter panel. Alex ran an estimate but I was unable to drop my car off till much later. During that time, Alex said that the earliest date they had available to drop my vehicle off would be 09/13 and it would take 2 weeks for my vehicle to be completed. I was concerned because i had a trip scheduled around the same time the car was to be completed and I expressed this to Alex. Alex reassured me by saying that he would have my car ready by 09/24 so that i can leave for vacation the next day.Fast forward to 09/23 and i get a call from Alex telling me that my car was ready. A whole day before the promised date!! I couldn't believe it and i wanted to pick up my car immediately. Unfortunately I didn't have a ride and had to wait till 09/24 to pick it up. Worth the wait because when I saw my car, it looked brand new. Imperfections that the front end had from being in NYC were completely removed!!The damage to the quarter panel looked as though nothing happened!! The work was flawless!!Once again, one of the best body shops that you can find in Charlotte/Monroe and worth your time and money”

“I unfortunately was involved in an MVA back in August, which was what brought me to this location. I'm glad I did, though. Amanda from the front desk was ALWAYS super responsive and friendly and answered any and all questions I had. When it came time to drop the vehicle off for its repairs, they kept me updated along the way with time frames and what they might be waiting on. Even if I did have a question or just wanted another update, a quick email would he respond in a timely manner or even just a quick phone call as well. We did have a couple of bumps along the way with the insurance company, but Greg had no problem trying to communicate with them over and over again to help it get resolved for me. They do the best they can with any situation and help you as much as they can. They do offer a lifetime guarantee on anything they fixed, so that is always a plus. I had to come back to get something else checked, which they graciously stated they had no problem checking it out for me. I definitely recommend this location if you happen to need them for anything vehicle wise. They definitely give it to you straight and give you recommendations on what you should do. They do have a huge parking lot with plenty of parking spaces to choose from as well. They are located right off Independence.”
