“Still super nice people. It is inside the pharmacy. And there's a great big sign outside that clearly says POST OFFICE next to the door of the pharmacy so you should be able to find it if you're in the correct parking lot. If you're in the food lion parking lot you might miss it.”
“We are always impressed with how quickly the line moves inside the post office. Outside, however, one of the two drive-through mailboxes been damaged and is unusable. It has been this way for many months. Yesterday I sent an email asking for the mailbox to be replaced. This morning a very nice lady called and explained the district replaces them and the Matthews post office has requested the replacement. No timeframe was given. She said most post offices don’t have drive-through mailboxes anymore. Hoping we don’t lose this convenient way to drop off mail.”

I wanted to send a package via UPS to Poland where my son is, and it was very expensive, according to them, normal mail would cost me half the price.
We tried, and they tell me that it is not possible, that there is no connection, that they are not getting there because of how close it is to Ukraine.
Well, I sent it to them for $633.00.
But in 2 days my package arrived at my house, which for some reason they couldn't send it, (I'm still fighting for my refund)
Well, the following Monday I go to my Post Office, and they tell me that they have special prices for the Military, I send the same box, with the same weight, for $20, and cents.
It's not even $21, it really surprised me.
AND I THANK GOD, AND THE GOVERNMENT, WHO SUPPORT THE MILITARY, AND THEIR FAMILIES.”
“I had excellent service here. Post that says "place is sketchy" makes me think that person isn't comfortable around working-class people! There is a 7-Eleven next door, but that establishment mainly had folks getting gas. Post officer greeted me when I walked in and was upfront about what stamps were available. She even helped me decide on stamps given that the ones I wanted, Edmonia Lewis, had sold out twice already. Also it is easy to access the parking lot from either side of the street. Did I mention that there was no lines?”

“well I guess I'm the only 5 star rating here but so be it lol. I called, phone was answered, I stated my concern respectfully, and it was handled successfully. The woman on the phone was nice and the mail carrier I spoke with in person was very nice and pleasant to speak with.”
“There have been a few accountable staff members at this post office that have been faithful and then there are those that when they hit that time clock, ought to never return as they are ruining it for everybody else. STOP placing other customers mail in
my box and give me all the mail that has my name and or PO box number on it!! 22 years of paying for this box and you're still clownin.”
