“Still super nice people. It is inside the pharmacy. And there's a great big sign outside that clearly says POST OFFICE next to the door of the pharmacy so you should be able to find it if you're in the correct parking lot. If you're in the food lion parking lot you might miss it.”

“I walked-in to this office for my finger printing at 10:10 and left at 10:40. A nice friendly white lady met me at the entrance and quickly navigated me to their waiting area. After around 5-10 minutes a nice friendly black lady approached me. The process itself took only a couple of minutes.To sum up, my experiencevhere was extreamly positive.”

“I had to ship something for the first time and had no clue what to do or how to get started. Adam was the person to help me and he was very kind and patient with helping me. He even greeted people by name when they came in which showed how friendly they were there.”
“I was helped by two employees. Unfortunately, I didn’t get their names. But my receipts said clerk 20. I haven’t received such service in a while now. The wait time was minimal to 3 minutes. And they were so patience with me because they were having issues with my finger tips The machine wouldn’t read them. But they were incessant until they got a great read. Thank you ladies I really appreciate your impeccable service.”
“I had excellent service here. Post that says "place is sketchy" makes me think that person isn't comfortable around working-class people! There is a 7-Eleven next door, but that establishment mainly had folks getting gas. Post officer greeted me when I walked in and was upfront about what stamps were available. She even helped me decide on stamps given that the ones I wanted, Edmonia Lewis, had sold out twice already. Also it is easy to access the parking lot from either side of the street. Did I mention that there was no lines?”
“well I guess I'm the only 5 star rating here but so be it lol. I called, phone was answered, I stated my concern respectfully, and it was handled successfully. The woman on the phone was nice and the mail carrier I spoke with in person was very nice and pleasant to speak with.”

At the USPS office, the representatives, Maryan and Shearard, displayed exceptional professionalism and patience. They assisted me in repacking the items into a new box and ensured their proper sealing. They assured me that the box would be delivered by August 19th. Impressively, even in the early morning of August 19th, 2023, they were dedicated to ensuring the prompt delivery of the box. I deeply appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction. Their professionalism and punctuality stand out as they not only made promises but also delivered on them. I hold high regard for these individuals and enthusiastically recommend utilizing the USPS office services due to their remarkable assistance.”

“I'm a regular here. They offer standard post office services and are open on Saturday. The line can get long at times throughout the day, but the folks behind the counter are always prompt, helpful, and sincere in their interactions with people. I've not had a negative experience involving any of the postal workers in my 3+ years coming here. They have a self service option that is almost always open even when the line makes its way towards the entrance. They even took time to show me how to use it so that I could avoid the lines when possible. Recommended for postal services.”

“I usually avoid USPS offices at all cost because the infrastructure is just barely hanging by a thread, and this office is no exception. It is old and run-down, but the customer service was excellent, making the most of what they had. The gentleman at the front desk was very knowledgeable, quick, courteous, and ultimately helped me through a mix-up without any sass.”
