“Definitely was skeptical about having to take my phone in per Verizon/Asurion request. Upon walking in there was only one person working so I was a little apprehensive still. Once the guy was able to get to me the process was quick and easy. He pulled up my information, to some additional contact information to be able to let me know when the phone was ready. The only reason for 4 stars is I had to call them back in 3 hours (as promised) to see if the repairs were finished. They repaired my phone perfectly. I'm not sure how long it took as I did not receive a call stating it was ready but that is the only negative. other than that they provided great service.”
“Customer service here is excellent. I was running late for my 430 appt so I called and notified them bc we all know traffic around 430 going there was horrendous. The tech said no problem come on in they will get me all fixed up. I got to the store right at 445 and the tech waisted no time working on the complete screen repair on my phone. He took his time knew what he was doing and was done in about 20mins. I was suppose to leave and go get a drink but we just started talking and before we knew it my phone was done. Very good group here makes sure you're taken care of. I will definitely go back for future repairs as well even if the drive was almost 2hrs it was worth it.”

“Let me tell you about this rock-star Verizon salesman at the Providence Farm Lane, Charlotte NC location. This guy went above and beyond for me. He motioned me over to the Verizon booth set up at the Southern Living Christmas Show back in November and did his job. I left with an upgrade for my whole family. He took the time to explain the devices, and work with me in sending my old devices back even after I returned home. I do not live in Charlotte, actually about 2.5 hours from Charlotte, but he gave me his contact information to have for any questions. Fast-forward there was an issue with my bill in which I attempted 3 times to handle it myself with customer service only to get angry and hang up on the "Customer Service Professionals" each time. When I reached out to JT he was as kind as always and said he would work on it for me. He not only worked on it but advocated for me on the call with the customer service rep to get the issue resolved. This goes above and beyond his duty to the customer but that is who he is. If you ever need cellular services from a person of true character, professionalism, and charm, he is your guy. Go check him out for all your cellular needs.”

“I came to this location because the one in Matthews Festival was closed around 3 pm, which I found very strange. I was lucky not to wait long and Mike and Austin helped me out a great deal. I needed to add a line to my plan and do couple of upgrades, and Mike really helped out, then Austin finished the process. Very grateful for great deals and all the perks that were offered! I definitely recommend this location!”
