I just realized that I’ve been a customer here since 2017. Wow! And I can honestly that each visit has matched or exceeded the efficiency, professionalism and responsiveness of the last. These folks have become friends and I actually look forward to taking my vehicle in for service, believe it or not. At the risk of leaving someone out, the group including Jack, Brandon, Miquel and Craig have always, always been a joy to work with. Going above and beyond was always their intent. This was my second visit to get a key fob programmed. The first visit was a waste of 3 hours due to technical issues with Land Rover. The second visit was prompt, timely and successful. Brandon acknowledged the major inconvenience outside of his control and as a result did not charge me for the service.

I have been going to Jaguar of Asheville for service on my car for a few years now. I recently had service done and was made aware that my brakes would need to be changed soon. They gave me an estimate and I returned a few weeks later. They honored the price I was quoted and did an amazing job. Miguel took great care of my Jaguar. I was in for a full service oil change and the mechanic spotted a leak and fixed it as well as part of the service. They washed and polished my car and had it looking better than the day I bought it. Great service, highly recommend!

So worth the drive! Thankful we decided to drive out of town to this dealership. Excellent customer service from everyone and the car was in pristine condition as described. Jay Christian made the sales experience so pleasant with his professionalism and knowledge. Would definitely recommend.

We had an emergency flat tire. They sent a quick towing company to put our spare on. We then later took the flat tire to them to repair. Within an hour it was done and we were back on the road good as new! Outstanding service!

I was dealing with Branden Gould, and most of the communication was via text. I found a car online that I was interested in. Reached out via the online form. I was told that the car was on lot, then informed the car was shipped to another dealership. Then found out later on it was sent to Auction. I was told they could bring the car back on Monday if I was ok with the numbers they presented. I counter offered, and the response I got was "Sorry it doesn't fit into your budget. That is the price we can get at auction."

My experience was with sales. It was a very thorough, efficient and friendly experience. Savannah Rogers handled the bulk of the details. I enjoyed working with her and the financial person. I was pretty nervous and they were helpful and assuring. I felt like I had all the information.

My contact has been with the service department and they have been ready to schedule, provide clear explanations, and were supportive on an issue where Jaguar needed to step up on a manufacturing issue (and Jaguar did!).

Our car's charging module failed. JLR had to send to Austria to get the part. Brandon and Jack kept us in the loop the entire time with texts and phone calls. They kept on the parts supplier to get the part send out which was done quicker than expected. Once the part was in the car it was washed and charged. We appreciate their effort! Their service department is fist class as is the entire staff that we have interacted with.

Jay Christian’s easygoing, professional manner made buying a car a relaxed experience. He patiently answered all our questions & treated us as though we were buying the most expensive car on the lot….not a used Subaru, which looked brand new thanks to his strong attention to detail in getting it ready for us.I found the car by researching online, had my query answered quickly, & was very grateful to be guided thru the buying process by Jay, Amanda, & the rest of the team at Jaguar/Land Rover Asheville.
