I have great experience with Land Rover and their service department! They always go out of their way to make your service appointments easy and efficient. This was my second visit to get a key fob programmed. The first visit was a waste of 3 hours due to technical issues with Land Rover. The second visit was prompt, timely and successful. Brandon acknowledged the major inconvenience outside of his control and as a result did not charge me for the service.
