“I wish there were 6 stars! I cannot say enough positive things about all the people at AVO. I have a 2024 Jeep Wrangler that came with pathetic halogen headlights. Coming home after dark was extremely challenging. Upon their recommendation, I installed Alpha Rex LED headlights. Wow - what a difference! They made the process easy from quote to installation. My new headlamps are SO much better than before - I now drive at night with confidence. Thanks to everyone at AVO for a seamless experience!”

“I started using this o’Reillys about a year ago because the service is great, and the staff is very helpful. Today’s visit for wiper blades was no different. Victoria (asst manager) and Randy (in training) were amazing. They found what I needed and installed the new blades on my CRV lickety-split. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes.
Victoria has helped me in the past. This young lady is a ball of energy and knows more about car parts than most GUYS.

“When having our Volvo delivered to us, the delivery people put some pretty extensive scratches on it. I took it to Gerber for an estimate. The price was fair and we got right in. Our vehicle was back in just a little over a week! Although there was no damage to the interior, it looked better than when we had dropped it off because our estimator at Gerber, made sure that it was detailed for us when we picked it up. What service!Hopefully there will be no need, but if there is ever an issue for our vehicles to be fixed, we will only come to Gerber!”

“I called late Thursday evening hoping to get a wheel alignment before driving from Asheville to Ohio for the holiday. The lady who answered was very nice, but explained that she had been told not to book any more jobs prior to the holiday. I could hear in her voice that she wanted to help me. She offered to have me leave the car for a full day Friday, but I could not do that because it is my only transportation. I told her I could show up at sunrise if she could help me. She went to the boss and advocated for me and then told me to be there Friday morning at 8:00.

I arrived at 7:47 am and the door was open. The gentlemen who helped me was expecting me. By 8:10 am they had me on the alignment rack.

I read the negative reviews below and it does not sound like the same place. These people are nice, friendly, helpful, and prompt with a family environment. I was referred here by another tire store who said the alignment technician here was the guru of wheel alignments.
