“Walked in and got immediate friendly service! I asked for tire pressure to be checked and see if I was in need of new tires. I also said that my car was shaking bad. VERY impressed with the thorough inspection, NOT being taken advantage of with unecessay services! Stephan the manager was honest, informative, knowledgeable and all around great customer service!!! He took his job seriously and made me feel comfortable and cared for. Can't say enough good things....will be back for all of my tire needs!”

“This dealership ( Wilkesboro ) by far has the best service dept I have ever delt with. My Chevy Trailblazer was due for an inspection and I had waited until the last day of the month. I called McNeil Chevrolet spoke to Chis in the service dept. I explained my situation he worked my vehicle in on this busy day and was so friendly. “Been here twice so far. One for a patch on a tire and today for brakes. I'm traveling to Florida soon so I wanted to make sure they were good. Guy let's me know my rotors are perfect and my pads were still in good condition and rotated my tires and was pleased with how well they treated me. I'll be going to them from now on. They could have replaced my brakes and charged me and ud be none the wiser but they aren't crooks, they were honest and even showed me how good they were.”

“Original Front brake pads were worn out at 58,000 Miles on 2017 Traverse, no other symptoms of anything wrong. I git the $129 brake job about 2 weeks ago now. Brakes are good . 2/16/23”

“I love the guys at Perry’s!! I have been going here for 2 years now and would never take my cars anywhere else. They are honest and fair.
Not only this, being fairly new to the area, they always can recommend people and places for me in other areas of life that are also very good and fair. I am so very grateful I found them. On a side note, I read a bad review from a bloke who refused service because of Gary’s Southern accent. Seriously!! You are in the Deep South!! What an idiotic comment to say!! That jerk lost out on great service.”
“In response to the review of the 05 jeep liberty we was the previous owner of it there was not nothing wrong with it when we took it to Michael . I know he would never sale a vehicle that was not 100 percent right I spoke to the guy that bought it he didn't have problems til he took it to his mechanic to have oil changed in it so maybe he needs to look there instead of at michael we have bought several vehicles from here and all has been awesome. Can't go wrong buying a car here”

“I just left Randy Marion in Wilkesboro after having a tire rotation completed and always have had a great experience until today. Today upon arrival I gave my name and stated that I had an appointment for a rotation only and were asked if anything else and I said no. Shortly after that I had left the premises and someone approached my Wife and asked her if we needed any other services and she said no. Once the service were completed we were notified and as I were about to pay the total came to$79.22 for a rotation which seemed very high. We paid and left and I looked over the paperwork and a tire pressure sensor were replaced at a cost of $40 for the part but we were not asked about changing it nor a price either. This is wrong as it was over 50% of the total bill and a service had been completed with our permission. **UPDATE** I received a call from a nice Lady who listened to me and they are making this right for me so I'm adding 2 more star's.”
“Daniel gave me an estimate that was in my price range with full paint plus clear coat. I even left my car that same day. They got me in quickly and it was completely done in less time than estimated. They did a fantastic job and my car looks completely different; my family did not recognize it. It looks brand new. Staff was friendly, professional and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend- you won’t be disappointed.”
