“Stopped by with a slow leak and no appointment. I couldn't see a nail and couldn't figure out where the leak was coming from. They spent 30 minutes troubleshooting to finally find the leak. They were able to get the situation corrected and the price they charged was beyond fair to say the least. Service at the front desk was great and in the garage as well. I'll be back for service again.”

“Good prices and professional staff. Went in to get a tire checked on a work van. Was a slight wait, 30 min, and was actually forgotten about/skipped but staff promptly got me in after realizing I had been skipped. Then they fixed my leaking tire at no cost for my extra wait, was at most an extra 10 or 15 minute wait. We all make mistakes and they more than made up for the minor inconvenience.”

“Been here twice so far. One for a patch on a tire and today for brakes. I'm traveling to Florida soon so I wanted to make sure they were good. Guy let's me know my rotors are perfect and my pads were still in good condition and rotated my tires and was pleased with how well they treated me. I'll be going to them from now on. They could have replaced my brakes and charged me and ud be none the wiser but they aren't crooks, they were honest and even showed me how good they were.”

“In response to the review of the 05 jeep liberty we was the previous owner of it there was not nothing wrong with it when we took it to Michael . I know he would never sale a vehicle that was not 100 percent right I spoke to the guy that bought it he didn't have problems til he took it to his mechanic to have oil changed in it so maybe he needs to look there instead of at michael we have bought several vehicles from here and all has been awesome. Can't go wrong buying a car here”

“My Husband and Family went in and got my car painted as a Christmas present for me. My car was a cry for help with rust, scratches, dents, etc... We went and got the free estimate, they paid for the top of the line service with a 5 year warranty. To me, the price is very high but you want what you pay for and with us not having a garage to park in, I want top of the line paint. In total my car was there for 2 weeks. There was a couple hiccups after my car was finished and maaco was very quick to fix the issues. I am very happy with my car and she is beautiful again in her new dress! “**Read before shopping**I just bought a new 2023 Jeep Gladiator from Randy Marion, and I couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience. This was my 5th new vehicle purchase and the best of the bunch. Kevin and Scott in the sales department were the two involved in getting me a great deal. I live at the bottom of South Carolina and couldn't find the model Gladiator that I wanted in a 500-mile radius. They had the great discounts on the one that I wanted, and also gave me more on my trade that any other lot I had gotten quotes from. Everything was done via email and telephone. When the terms were good, they even had the Jeep brought to me. So, I hope your experience is as good as mine or better and I hope that you'll at least give these guys a chance to earn your business. They earned mine and will be my first stop in the future if I'm back in the market.”

“Hands down, in my opinion, one of the best garages in N. Carolina. I say this as someone who lives about an hour and a half away from the shop and find it very worth it to make the drive up (as long as the car is driveable anyway). They're very reasonable with prices and are just all around good guys. I'm about to make the journey back up for them to fix my mother's car!”
