“I have been a customer at Outbox Self Storage for 4 years. I have never had any problems Mrs.Darlene the manager is the BEST she is very pleasant to communicate with!!! She is good with getting back with you if leave a message and very quick to find an answer to your concerns if any. It's safe and I have never had any problems.. The prices are reasonable and if they do change it's only a few dollars. And Mrs.Darlene will email you a few times and call just to make sure you are informed. Now who could ask for more than that... I will continue to be a customer and tell others about them.. Special thanks to Mrs.Darlene for always helping me..”

“This location has amazing staff an I would recommend them to anyone in the Charlotte area. I called last minute 15 mins before closing Zeek answered the phone and even though he was clearly swamped with work he helped me with my reservation to the point where he even stayed past closing in order to manually make my reservation (there was an issue with the website). Then on top of that when I brought the truck the next day Thomas was so welcoming and helped me even more. I've heard they are one of the best locations in the area and now I know why.”

“This was my first time renting a moving truck. I decided to try U-Haul's Independence Boulevard location. Duke provided outstanding customer service.During my initial phone call, he patiently answered all of my questions. Once at the location, he walked me through the rental process. I appreciated that he mentioned some other helpful items (such as a furniture dolly and hand truck), but did not try to upsell these items.The rental went so well, I returned at a later date to rent another truck. Frank was very helpful then.I would definitely recommend this location to others. The staff is helpful and attentive. Duke and staff, keep up the great work!”

“Onsite U-hual manager was excellent & the service was quick & easy but the truck was dirty both inside the cabin & in the back of the truck. Broken glass in the back of the truck that I accidentally stepped on & had to clean up. Luckily no one was injured.”

“I arrived to pick up a company rental on Tuesday, May 7, 2024. I was a bit skeptical because I didn’t see an office building but over to my right there was a small building that served as a temporary office for this location. I was greeted by Roneishia, when I entered the door. She was very calm and pleasant as she verified the information for my rental. Several other customers came in while, she was assisting me. She greeted them and let them know that she would be with them shortly. I asked several questions about the process, and my questions were answered fully. There was another young lady that was training at the time and she was extremely helpful also, but I don’t remember her name. She is a Leo like me I do remember that!
I had interactions with three employees at this location from the front desk manager, Roneishia, her trainee and the gentleman outside washing the vehicles. Everyone was professional and helpful. I will have this rental for a while, but so far everything has been going fine.”
