He even went above and beyond and helped us with moving our king size Mattress into storage. Everything went smoothly and I would recommend extra space storage 100%.”

“I rented a Pensky truck at Home Depot. Made my reservations online. At this particular location employees are very nice and makes the process at ease and when speaking to representatives over the phone or online; customer service is excellent. I rented a 26 footer with a lift gate. I wanted the lift gate because it will help me a lot with the move. I ran into two problems with the truck. When I took the truck home. I immediately wanted to use the life gate. I had issues with the gate coming out completely. My other problem; truck went dead after 2 hours but I had the truck running. With a moving truck with nearly 500 miles this should not be happening. I had to have a technician come out twice to help me with the truck. Overall yhe experience was good. Thank you PENSKYTo customers: In order for the lift gate to comeout completely; you must be on flat surface. Same as when restoring the lift gateIf you rent a truck with the lift gate; you must keep the engine running in order to use it and Pensky has new trucks that are designed differently so if the engine shuts off you must restart the engine in order to keep on using it. If you dont restart the truck, it will not start up and you will have to call representative from Pensky to bring a technician out to service the truck.”

“This was my first time renting a moving truck. I decided to try U-Haul's Independence Boulevard location. Duke provided outstanding customer service.During my initial phone call, he patiently answered all of my questions. Once at the location, he walked me through the rental process. I appreciated that he mentioned some other helpful items (such as a furniture dolly and hand truck), but did not try to upsell these items.The rental went so well, I returned at a later date to rent another truck. Frank was very helpful then.I would definitely recommend this location to others. The staff is helpful and attentive. Duke and staff, keep up the great work!”

“Onsite U-hual manager was excellent & the service was quick & easy but the truck was dirty both inside the cabin & in the back of the truck. Broken glass in the back of the truck that I accidentally stepped on & had to clean up. Luckily no one was injured.”
