“2 and 1/2 years my furniture, washer dryer, books. Knickknacks, etc. were stored at the Safenest Storage Steele Creek. Was temperature control unit. Finally able to move into new place. Everything was in great shape when moved out of unit. No mold or anything Looked like had only been stored a day not years. The staff was always very helpful if needed them. Would recommend Safenest for any storage needs.”

Andrew is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and hospitable. Andrew changed the headlight and charged us very little, for that we are grateful and would reccomend their services.”
“Life Storage has been my storage facility for several years now and I have never experienced any issues with my unit or staff. In the last 6 or 8 months, they've had new management, it has a better curb appeal. It is cleaner, a lot of trash isn't in the parking lot, there aren't a lot of carts outside, and people aren't hanging around. In light of the secluded location, it makes it feel safe and comfortable. I'll definitely utilize their services again if needed.”
“Due to my job my family has had to move alot, so we've worked with Uhaul many times and this location was a cut above the rest when it comes to customer service. The team at this Uhaul is amazing! In particular, Frank was so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind! I had a particularly odd issue when I was moving from another state, which wasn't this Uhaul location's fault but they fixed us right up. Frank even stayed late at work to ensure we were well taken care of! The next time I need a truck or trailer I'm going straight to Frank and the team at this location. I highly recommend them!!”

“Great first impression, very clean with a well maintained fleet of rentals. Very polite Customer agent with very quick in and out the door. I also did go when the company opened at 7am , amount of wait time could change throughout the day. The 16' I rented was very smooth and had USB to plug my phone for music. Highly recommend renting for this company, with a 250 mile round trip I had no issues and very smooth feeling for a bigger rental truck. Will continue to do my rentals in the future with Penske”

“My brother recently moved and spent most of his day driving from one U-Haul store to another after the original U-Haul did not have the truck he reserved. At Penske it took all of 5 minutes to pick up the truck. They were quick and professional. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else in the area”

“Quick pick up, lots of room to maneuver. Fast in and out process. They do allow overnight parking at the gate but you must stay hooked. There's room for one or two trucks if side by side.”

“I've been to many Ryder shops in the past two years and this one tops them all. If you're in this area, this is the Ryder to come to. Tyler is awesome. Besides being a good serviceman, he is well detailed. They do have somewhat of a back up due to staff shortage, but ask for Tyler he will get you rolling. The service manager, Shana is so professional at what she does and how she wants her shop ran. Every Ryder should have someone like her. All other Ryder shops/ management should take notice.”

“I rented a Pensky truck at Home Depot. Made my reservations online. At this particular location employees are very nice and makes the process at ease and when speaking to representatives over the phone or online; customer service is excellent. I rented a 26 footer with a lift gate. I wanted the lift gate because it will help me a lot with the move. I ran into two problems with the truck. When I took the truck home. I immediately wanted to use the life gate. I had issues with the gate coming out completely. My other problem; truck went dead after 2 hours but I had the truck running. With a moving truck with nearly 500 miles this should not be happening. I had to have a technician come out twice to help me with the truck. Overall yhe experience was good. Thank you PENSKYTo customers: In order for the lift gate to comeout completely; you must be on flat surface. Same as when restoring the lift gateIf you rent a truck with the lift gate; you must keep the engine running in order to use it and Pensky has new trucks that are designed differently so if the engine shuts off you must restart the engine in order to keep on using it. If you dont restart the truck, it will not start up and you will have to call representative from Pensky to bring a technician out to service the truck.”

“This was my first time renting a moving truck. I decided to try U-Haul's Independence Boulevard location. Duke provided outstanding customer service.During my initial phone call, he patiently answered all of my questions. Once at the location, he walked me through the rental process. I appreciated that he mentioned some other helpful items (such as a furniture dolly and hand truck), but did not try to upsell these items.The rental went so well, I returned at a later date to rent another truck. Frank was very helpful then.I would definitely recommend this location to others. The staff is helpful and attentive. Duke and staff, keep up the great work!”
