He converted my service from Verizon to T Mobile. He was very patient and completed the conversion very quickly.
I have had T Mobile for a week now and have had great coverage and service.

Due to reasons beyond anyone’s control, making this switch required several trips to the store. Each time Cion was amazing to work with. She was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. “Everyone I've dealt with at OpenFiber (now called Ripple) were awesome. Addison came and installed the final connection into my wiring closet and the fiber network device and did an excellent job! The Service is very fast and reliable and I am 100% satisfied and confident that this service is just what's needed for WFH.4 months update - have not had a single outage since the installation. Connection is rock solid. Giant files download and upload quickly. i hardly think about my internet service now. Spectrum would go out periodically and i would have to go elsewhere to work at those times. My neighbor came to me the other day to check in about my satisfaction with openfiber/ripple and i gave it a thumbs up. I wish there were more than five stars in google ratings.”
