“Went to North State Battery Co. this morning to get my battery tested and was received by such hospitable and friendly service. My battery was working at 100%. The gentleman (I did not see a name tag and didn’t think to ask his name) explained my negative and positive terminals were just loose. He cleaned and tightened them up and also cleaned the battery off for me. He certainly went out of his way to explain what my issues could be and even offered insight on resolving them. He did not charge for his services today and wouldn’t accept the coffee money I offered. He simply said to come back if I ever needed a new battery. Glad I didn’t need a battery this time but I know where I’ll be headed to if I ever do ☺️✨”
“We were traveling and our car broke down. The car was towed in for service and the Chrysler Dodge service team stayed late to receive the vehicle and pre-staged potential needed parts for the next day. The next morning they got right to fixing the vehicle and had us back on the road before noon. Throughout the entire time the team was very courteous, helpful and accommodating. “never a problem with this company especially this store all the staff members acknowledge you as soon as you enter and even if they are with a current customer they will still take the time to welcome you and let you know you will be helped as soon as someone is available. “I was very skeptical of dealing with a body shop that was contracted with the insurance company but after listening to everything that I had to do myself (take photos, bank info, submitting estimates and any supplement estimates and it having to be approved), my head was exploding. I decided after reading the reviews, that I would try CarStar on Hwy 301, Wilson. When I got there, I found out that I didn’t have to do anything, not even take a picture and they could get to it that day. I called my insurance company and they had my car towed and CarStar kept me updated all the way through the whole process. When I picked my car up, the work was awesome. The whole staff were so kind and when you are inconvenienced without the use of your vehicle, kindness and super customer service is much needed. CarStar excelled in this. The whole process was very stress free and I would recommend this facility any day, any time.”

“Me and my family were traveling from a cruise on a 8 hour trip home and I was hearing a noise so I pulled over and realized that my skid plate had lost a screw and was smacking on the road so I went to precision tune down the road from this autozone and they were very unhelpful and kinda rude so we drove here and we were greeting by Heather and she couldn't have been more helpful she gave us the time of day to help us and ended up fixing the problem and making the rest of our trip home safe she couldn't have been nicer my family was very grateful for her!”

He had Mike checked unit out, and determined that carburetor was defective. A new carburetor was installed, unit serviced and generator works perfectly. I appreciate the service I received at this Cummins Service location. My thanks to Jay and Mike.”
