Called earlier in the week (Tuesday) about a part. Was told the part would be pulled, placed on “the shelf” with my name and phone number on it. Drove 75 miles one way (Friday) only to get there and no one knew where the part was…NO ONE! Paperwork was there on someone’s desk but part was never found.
