“Check engine light came on, stopped in asked if they could check it. Justin immediately said sure, got the machine and headed to my car. EVAP (?) notice. Asked if I gotten gas lately, which I had. Gas cap was loose, so fumes escaping. Reset, on my way! He was the most polite young man! A real asset to O’Reilly’s.”

“This place is amazing! All the way from the secretary that initially answered the phone to the delivery person Jacob Clewis. Jacob delivered my fuel pump to the TA truck stop, almost 40 miles away at no extra cost! He helped me switch over the parts that I needed to ensure the install of the new part went well. I even forgot to get a fitting off of the old pump and Jacob turned around to bring it to me. You don’t find companies with the work ethic and customer service that I found at piedmont truck center anymore. It’s a lost art. My truck broke down on i40 I was quoted 3 grand for a fuel pump from several other places and couldn’t get it for weeks some said. Piedmont trucks had the part in stock and for 1500 dollars! Half of what everyone else quoted me. Jeff and Jarred thank you as well for figuring out how to accept an Efs check. This company saved my butt and I will not forget it! I will be calling them for all my future parts and they just gained a life long customer. Thank you for caring enough to help the little man keep at it. Y’all have a good day.”

“Great prices, great service but very short-handed on mechanics and counter help. Usually a long line and your car will be there for at least five or six hours for an oil change. Unless you get there when they open at 7:00 a.m. then you'll be out and just 3 hours.”

“WOW, what a marvelous shop & especially Jeremy the owner!! So nice & kind!!The drive belt broke on my water pump. No way I could drive or my my car would overheat & more problems. I had to get some money out of savings & Jeremy drove me there in style, in a dune buggy. We were only gone 10 minutes? It was fixed by the time we got back. And did not charge an outrageous amount to fix. So LADIES go & get treated right & fairly & not ripped off like some places. I have NOONE. & to tell you the truth, I went there last year for another problem & they checked it for free. Thank goodness all was good. On their Facebook Page, they do a lot for the community too. They are also moving to a bigger place & a lot of stuff is on sell. So check them out!!!! Christian folks too!!!! God Bless you !!!”
