There have been numerous occasions over the years where they have simply taken care of some minor problem that my wife or I were experiencing.Eddie is knowledgeable, honest, friendly, professional, and is just a guy trying to make a living....not a killing. Their prices are extremely competitive. I have come to view Eddie as not just, "the guy I take my car to", but as a friend because he has EARNED my trust. In addition, they provide great service, they do everything they can to get you in as soon as possible.I strongly recommend Alray to anyone who needs minor automotive repairs. “This place that I was skeptical about did me really really good. They did all that they said they would, my car feels like it has been redone from scratch. I asked for a full synthetic oil and believe you me, they delivered. I can tell a huuge difference from what alot of places I have been going said they did. My car just found it a place to call home! “I can’t say enough about this local family owned business. Our daughter was visiting her grandparents in Lenoir while on Labor Day break from UNC. She experienced some car trouble and I wasn’t able to drive the 4 hours from Ft. Bragg to assist her. Jim and his staff opened their doors and were able to sort out and fix the issue. “I originally went to a national chain shop that deals with brakes and suspension. I had got a tire there and the manager said his shop could fix the squeak in the rear of the vehicle. They had my vehicle for a few days and instead of repairing it, they instead threw parts at it trying to fix it but not accomplishing that task. To their word, they eventually agreed to get it fixed at an independent mechanic.The national chain shop recommended Calvin Faw to do it. It turns out that it was the rear end differential that had been wearing out. Calvin did keep it for about a week getting the part in, but when I pulled it out of the parking lot, it was actually quiet. It drove fine and I plan to let my daughter that is learning to drive for it to be her learner's vehicle.Service: Steering & suspension replacement”

“I was driving up to Blowing Rock Country Club from Charlotte for work when I got a flat tire from a nail 8 miles from my destination. I called 911 hoping for quick assistance so I wouldn't be late. A State Trooper stopped to assist within 10 minutes of my call. Then an employee for RDH was driving by and saw the situation, stopped and changed my tire in under 5 minutes. I cannot tell you how thankful and blessed I felt on 8/13, a "Friday" at that. Thank you so much for lending a hand, it is the kind of hospitality that I always feel when I am in that part of the state. #BlessedThatDay”
