“I can’t say enough about this local family owned business. Our daughter was visiting her grandparents in Lenoir while on Labor Day break from UNC. She experienced some car trouble and I wasn’t able to drive the 4 hours from Ft. Bragg to assist her. Jim and his staff opened their doors and were able to sort out and fix the issue. “Overall, it was a good experience.. however, I ended up not getting any work done to my vehicle. I waited for an hour before I was told that they cannot plug my tire.. the ultimately I ended up plugging my own tire, which is a hard it’s just something I didn’t wanna do that particular day…I’ve been there before, and I’ve never had a problem and always have great service. It would’ve been nice if someone would’ve told me it couldn’t have been plugged so I didn’t have to waste an hour of my time… but prior experiences with the auto care center has been great. So I don’t want to not give them them a bad rating ever just one incident.. if you need a a new tire or anything, this is the place to go.. the prices are grades, and they are open seven days a week.. I’ll go back again if I need to.. stay kind, everyone”
