“Derrick at Tuffy's is wonderful!! I had to replace the engine in my car and he helped me to get my after market warranty company to pay. The process was a nightmare but Derrick was so patient and never gave up trying to help me. I am a customer for life now with Derrick and Don at Tuffy's. They go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I would give them 10 stars if possible. If you need any thing done to your vehicle, take it to Tuffy's. “Spent 2 months looking for a replacement vehicle for my daughter. From winston to Charlotte, from mega dealers to individual sellers. Happened to drive by Primo on the way to a lot in Kannapolis and so glad I did. By far the best customer service…hands down. The cars are in very good shape, prestine actually, compared to what I’ve seen at other lots. Enrique and his staff actually listened and were so helpful. What I asked for in negotiation…they did already (inspection, oil change, put gas in, top of fluids, brakes and tires) I will go back when I need another vehicle.”
“Gotta give a shout-out to the folks at Brothers Tire. My significant other came home at 4:30pm and said her tire was flat and you could see a screw in it. As it was July 3, we had plans for dinner and a ball game at 5:30. I called Brothers as I was putting air in the tire, and they said “come on up if you can here soon, we close for the holiday at 5:30. I got there quickly, they immediately plugged the tire and I was back home before 5:30. The repair is good, the price was good, and I really appreciate them working me in before the weekend!”

“A few days ago while driving, my mom hit a part of a semi truck tire in the road. There was no way to avoid it. We pulled over and found damage to the front of the car which made it difficult to drive. Wagner’s auto was the closest place and we headed there. Mr Wagner was incredible. He could tell we were shaken up and came to take a look at the car. He assured us he had the time and could make it safe to drive. He was just so helpful, friendly and caring. We were able to drive home safely thanks to his kindness. He even shared some photos of his dogs with us after seeing my sister’s dog. We’re so thankful for him and his auto repair shop!”
