“One of my favorite thrifts in Raleigh. Very well priced! Their prices have not skyrocketed like some others. Staff are lovely and welcoming. Clothing is sorted by size! Don't hesitate to visit this one!”

“The best thing about this little gem of a shop is their staff! So friendly and helpful. You never know what you might find, so come often! Great prices and an even better cause. We are happy to support them!”

“I love this thrift store! I recently discovered it and I have only been a couple of times now but every time I go the energy there is so positive and fun that it is contagious. The staff can be overheard singing to the fun music and laughing with each other. They have great prices and a great selection. If you follow them on social media they post all their sales for the week on Sunday or Monday.”

“This is by far my favorite thrift shop in the area! I've gotten some really good deals on kid's and women's clothes. Highly recommend -- not to mention they raise money for dogs and cats!!”

“I’ve been going here for years. The staff has always been nice to me. As for prices…if you begrudge a non profit for making money to carry out a mission of housing and helping people who need it then just be quiet and move on. You’re probably the same people who’ll pay $12 for a bid wiser at a concert and not mind. And umm hello inflation…anyone heard of that? Lol I built an entire retail store with items purchased from Restore. And it’s gorgeous!!! I repurposed items that otherwise would have hit the land fill AND helped a great charity. Win win. Keep up the good work team Restore!”

“Pizazz has been a favorite for years! Their clothes are FAR nicer than many other places and the prices are incredibly low. Where the money goes though is the most important and very best part ... by shopping for women's clothing and accessories there, we are supporting Harbor Inc, a shelter for women and children who are escaping domestic violence. It's SO important to put our money where our hearts are! ?”

“This thrift store is well organized and fairly priced. It's not the biggest thrift store, but don't let that fool you. They have quality used items and limit down the clutter, so the space is used up well.”

“Wow today was such an amazing surprise. They have the right amount of vintage and gently used items today. I hardly ever come in and not at this time of day. So I really encourage y'all to drop in, especially if you love vintage items.”

“Pink Flamingo is a hidden gem in Clayton. I was surveying this area and I happen to spot this place, went in, and found this place truly interesting. It has unique collections of items for enthusiasts and “treasure hunters” alike. The fair is good and it’s located in a good location.”

“Helping Hand Mission are such kind and wonderful folks and have a great mission. I try to find local organizations that are directly helping the community for all my donations, rather than the big chains and such, and Helping Hand is one of the only places around Raleigh that takes homewares in good condition like plates and bowls and kitchen appliances. They are always kind and the location is very convenient for dropping things off. I'm shocked at the reviews by people who are so distraught over not being able to treat them like a free trash disposal service. They cannot operate for free and they cannot store an infinite amount of furniture. If they decide they can’t take your furniture, obviously they're not going to haul large items to the dump for you for free, that is an absurd expectation. If you're sure that the furniture is in great shape and shouldn't go to waste at the dump, try calling a second or third place, like Green Chair or Habitat ReStore, or post it on Facebook Marketplace for free if someone picks up. There are options! But don’t berate these kind people who are just trying their best to help folks in our community.”

“Love this store! They have a great selection of furniture, tiles, pictures, and lamps. I'm only leaving 4 stars because some of their prices are a little high. Not terrible, but could be better. Definitely check this place out if you are in the area!”

“Come for kitties, stay for the deals. Like most thrift stores, CFP has a rotating selection of goods. Excellent prices on used books. Plus, they are a rescue agency for pets like cats and kittens. Every dollar you spend there furthers this mission.”

“My kids and I love to pop in occasionally to see what kind of "treasure" we can find. Staff, in general, are not the most outgoing, but have been friendly when we make a point to be friendly to them. The store is as organized as you can expect a Goodwill to be and a lot of the fun is in the search.”

“This Goodwill has kind and helpful employees. There's a massive variety of items from clothes to toys to artwork for your walls and much more. Everything is sold for excellent prices, and much of it is shockingly good quality. Some items are even new. Definitely one of the cleaner and more organized Goodwill locations I've seen. They also accept contact-less dropoff items at the side door.”

“You can find lots of stuff here. Very cheap and the things here are actually kind of nice. You can actually sometimes find expensive brands here. I come at least once a week to this Goodwill. Have never had any problems and the people who work here are nice. Just never buy the stuffed animals, pillows, or bedding from here. It's probably disgusting. Just don't. But yeah the clothes are nice and there's a good selection. It's very organized and I like that.”
