“I looked all over for a certain cell phone. I called multiple boost stores. Basically, all of the stores in Raleigh! Not one could help me or seems to want to help. However, I got in touch with an associate at this location. Her name is Jessica, and she not only ordered the phone I needed she made sure to text me personally with updates on when it would be delivered. I am extremely happy with her help. I will now drive 30 mins out of my way just to do business at this location in the future.”
