“It is a blessing to find an honest, quality, local mechanic. Robert has been that guy since we moved to Knightdale 2 years ago. He is thorough, honest, competitively priced, and is willing to explain any issues if you like to know that kind of stuff. My latest visit for a check engine light he scanned the code and realized that the fix should still be under warranty (which it was). So he recommended that I take it to the dealership to have it replaced. That's a standup move to be honest like that rather than fixing it without saying anything. Highly recommend Auto DRS.”

“Honest, family-owned garage. I came here for a second opinion after being quoted $1,155 from Triple AAA on New Hope Rd. Whereas Triple AAA had advised that our brake pads had worn down to 2mm and that we needed to replace the pads front-and-back as well as replace all the rotors, Performance Care Care got us a next-day appointment on Saturday morning and - after looking - showed us that the brake pads were actually 5mm (only halfway through their lifetime!) and that there was no need to replace the rotors until we replaced the pads. A quick (~30m) brake fluid flush and we were on our way. Car's back to normal.
We're very glad we sought a second opinion, even more glad we saved $1,000 of simply unncessary repairs, and are happy to have an honest mechanic we can trust and rely upon.”

“I just dropped my tire off there today to be repaired. Hoping to get it back today. Our next step will be a full oil change and tune-up and whatever. We have two vehicles. Just dropping my tire off was it good enough experience to return for the tune-up / oil change / whatever else we can have done. But Brandon at the front desk was awesome and helpful and informative. This office is clean and organized and the whole building looks real clean and organized. They're a very busy branch. I will update the review after we have some more stuff done.
