“We were in the Concord store on Tuesday, November 25th, 2024. My granddaughter, who is almost 13, was looking for clothes. She is at that age where she doesn't know what she wants. One of the associates, Del, started helping us and showing her different pieces. She found a couple she liked but they did not have her size. He immediately checked to see if he could order them, which we did. We put her in a dressing room and he started picking things out for her. She was able to find numerous items because of his help. She was so happy when we left. Del's interest in her made her day. Great service!”

“4 out of 5 visits I'm buying something. I'm never one to pay full price but the factory store always has something on clearance that hundreds of customers have missed. I've found so many gems here just within the last year alone. I love it. They've got it all really. From head to toe you can get decked out in the dopest Polo gear. The holiday season is the best time. They usually kick it off with a 50% off everything sale right before thanksgiving to get the ball rolling. Then it's nothing but deep savings until New Year's Day. Pop that...”
“On the Sunday after Thanksgiving or Black Friday, many stores in the shopping mall had discounts of up to 70%. Here, in the Levi's Outlet Store, there was 50% off the entire range, whether it was belts, socks, trousers, jackets... So let's go. The bargains were still available in almost all sizes. Molto Bene. The store was full, yet tidy and there was hardly any waiting time at the checkout. Anita was friendly and quick.”
“All I wear is Vineyard Vines for my work clothes. Also have tons of shorts, t shirts and ball caps. Generally a good selection here, pants are kinda lacking in that department. But then again, it’s an outlet. Can’t really control what merch you get to sale I imagine. Staff generally friendly. Sign up for the emails to know when the store is 50% off or follow them on Facebook.”

“Would love to have given 5 stars, but the only thing that stopped me was the selection. Only XXL or medium to choose from in most shirts. It was a weekend, so they might have just sold out quickly. Love the brand and quality though!! Staff couldn't have cared less if you needed help, which was frustrating.”

“Way to go to this store for being a diamond in the rough. Their staff not only was friendly and helpful but checked on us a few times. The store was clean and Scott seemed to manage his team very well. We were offered help, a fitting room and to sign up for their rewards. They helped us feel like valued customers. “I stopped by G Mens Wear to get my son a vest to go with a suit we previously purchased and we walked out with a second suit, shoes, a vest and tie set. Yes this is a lot more than we expected but we got some great finds and good deals. Ron helped us out, and I must say he did a great job. What I line about G Mens Wear is that they have a nice selection of suits, jackets and tuxedos, but there unique and stylish (not the same ole boring stuff at the box stores) oh yes and they do on-site tailoring so your suit is ready to wear. G Mens Wear is tucked away in the Carolina mall but it's well worth the trip there to get good quality, stylish wears!”
