Very friendly and speedy. I was stuck in a snowy ditch leaving a vacation spot off the blue ridge parkway. And they arrived within the hour and were very helpful, giving instructions on how to drive in the snow. Even lead me the rest of the way to a clear road. Happy they were the first ones I called!
