“Recently took one of my vehicles in for some major work. This is one of our secondary vehicles, A-B car for local use. After these repairs were made, there was an issue with steering being very difficult to handle.I ended up going back and speaking with Chris, the manager. I explained to him I was not satisfied in the service and what the issue was. Chris openly asked me to bring it back and he would make it right, free of charge, the same day. I can respect that about Blue Ridge Tire / Brake. They take care of you and good business is clearly important here. Just be up front and honest instead of bashing someone's reputation. It goes a long way on both sides and we need more good than all that's evil in today's world.Now, our vehicle is safe to operate, no issues with steering.
