Since the start of 2024 it's been impossible to have an entire weekend with internet, all I'm asking for is for your work to last 2 days.

Had troubles with this store before, but it seems to be doing a lot better with Mallory and Ashley ghost helping us at the front desk. They both provided great service and gave us tons of knowledge on the items we have received

This is ridiculous…. Equipment failed, I called spectrum… they say go to the store to exchange equipment…. I waited 3 hours!!!! The whole set up really just shows lack of intelligence and inability to critically think. Can’t wait to switch providers.
