“The best storage place in Richlands/Jacksonville area. Had my camper stored here and was able to get out there and repair it right after the hurricane without any problems! The owner is so nice and helpful in any way. The entire staff here are absolutely amazing people and are now like good friends to me! They never gave me the run around and when they say 24/7 they mean it, there were many nights that I was out there working on my camper and they never gave me any issues for it. I also didn't make a huge mess when I was fixing my camper so keep that in mind before you decide to go out there to fix your vehicles. Be respectful of other people's property! They are affordable and secure.”

“I've been renting a climate controlled unit for a few years now. Front desk staff has been great to work with when I've had questions or need help. Facility is clean, no trash or bug issues, and well maintained. Pricing has been highly competitive versus some of the area options we checked. They have cameras all over and keyed gates for access, so feel my stuff is pretty secure and haven't ever had an issue. Recommend checking it out if you're needing a storage unit.”

“I opted out of the government provided vehicle storage facility in Florida and used Semper Fi! storage instead. Semper-Fi made it easy to do business, communicate, pay the monthly storage fees, and the rates were extremely competitive. My vehicle was stored for 9 years and 2 months and I was expecting the battery to have lost charge, and possibly old fuel to be unusable. A transport company picked my vehicle up, and delivered it to my future home, and I was surprised to learn that the vehicle not only started, but ran and drove up onto the truck and off, under its own power. S/F storage did a great job taking care of my vehicle and later I found out they even replace the battery. Top notch service, outstanding company and if I needed to store another vehicle in NC, I would use Semper Fi again. Thank you for the service, "Above and Beyond".S/F!”

“Clean, gated and limited hours. 7a-9pm. But that's fine with me. Love that it's gated!!? Very clean and neat units.? Parking lot and surroundings are without garbage and inside of the unit had zero bugs or signs of vermin!!??? Just make sure you rent from these folks!! Not the nasty place down the block. Lori Osbourne was so accommodating and helpful. Because I'm a tech MORON and couldn't figure out the online app. She literally walked me through it!!? A total Saint in my book!! DON'T go anywhere else!!!? You won't be sorry to rent here!!??❤️”

You don’t get that much with these kinds of places anymore. It definitely took a stressful situation and made it a lot easier on myself. I believe her name was Tanika, I hope I didn’t mess that up, but she was certainly my saving grace today after a long week!”
