Shawn has had to help me a couple of times and is definitely on top of things. Turned out to be computer errors but was willing and ready to fix the problems ASAP with little wait time

The price for my unit was under what you would normally pay, so that made me happy?And Shawn was a BIG help. He came and introduced himself outside the office which made it more personable, I really appreciated that. He then answered all the millions of questions I had. All in all I'm happy?

Had a unit while we were waiting for our house. Place was nice and accessible. Shawn was awesome the whole time we were there. Really helped us out. Never had an issue!
