Amazing, fast, and knowledgeable. She helped me initiate the claim. Explained the process and everything to me. Answered any questions I had. Had my phone ready for pickup after a few hours later and it was during a busy day! Very sweet and excellent social skills.

I needed a new screen protector for my phone. They had it in stock and replaced it for me. I didn’t catch their names but both men working when I came in were pleasant and helpful.

I recently cracked my screen on my phone. I was able to make an insurance claim an make a next day appointment in no time. When I arrived there were two men who welcomed me in. I left my phone, came back at the time they told me, and my phone was fixed. No issues, would definitely recommend!
