This bank has too long a wait time for anything compared to other banks. Personally, I would like to see more tellers rather than being welcomed at the entrance.

I have banked with BOA for over 10 years however this one is the WORST! The drive thru ATM ALWAYS has an issue... it won't accept deposits or it's just not working and you have to go in, which defeats the purpose of drive thru. It's very frustrating!

The service was very fast, Juliana's friend behaved very well, very fast and friendly, the guy at the entrance was a little serious.
