The lady that used to wait on me through the drive up has left and gone to another branch but I still use this one when I am in Jacksonville. Thank you for all being so nice.”
“I’ve been to many bb&t/ truist banks in Wilmington, Fayetteville and Jacksonville. This one is the absolute best. Lisa and Kiko are always so helpful. Lisa helped me get my credit card set up, and Kiko was there to help me when I had questions! A lot of other banks get frustrated when I bring in lots of small bills to count, these ladies are all so patient and kind, even in busy times. (I wish I could remember all of their names!).”
