“Coinstar is very convenient I mean they charge 11 percent but hey gues if you have a ton of change and you dont want to roll it it's perfect. You can also donate to a non profit with out a fee. I fill up my change holder and a little glass jar then go to coinstar. I look at it as kinda a cash back thing. Also it's a fun thing to do with your kids kinda gives them an incentive to save change.”

The staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me in finding what I was looking for. They even offered suggestions for different recipes and products that I might enjoy based on my preferences.The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find what I needed quickly. “I’ve been to many bb&t/ truist banks in Wilmington, Fayetteville and Jacksonville. This one is the absolute best. Lisa and Kiko are always so helpful. Lisa helped me get my credit card set up, and Kiko was there to help me when I had questions! A lot of other banks get frustrated when I bring in lots of small bills to count, these ladies are all so patient and kind, even in busy times. (I wish I could remember all of their names!).”
