“First off I am NOT a fan of Ford BUT I found this place on my way home from the insection place because I failed my inspection and needed tires.
Let me say, Bob in the service area, is awesome and so we're all of the other guys. Bob started by asking about my budget. A great place to start for sure since tires can be expensive! We found an affordable but good solid tire below my budget and even though the door says they are on an hour and a half wait, they had JUST caught up and were able to take my truck back within like 10 or 20 minutes! I will be coming back!”
“Honestly impressed! I had a 10am appt today for an alignment but got there a little early. Handed my key at 9:50am ..eta was 1hr .. walked to dollar tree to get snacks and I wasn’t even back yet when they called me that my truck was done already (only took 30 mins)!”
