“I have a Ford Fusion and had some open recalls. I called the office and spoke with Sydney in the service department and she was extremely polite and friendly. My appointment was scheduled and as time went on, I got my schedule mixed up and came in the day before my appointment. They were accommodating and allowed me to drop off the car even though my appointment wasn't for the next day. I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had. Will continue to be a Ford customer because of this!”

“Hooray, they don't even let you drive your car into the bay! I always hated doing that so it was a relief that it wasn't even an option. LOL. First time here and everyone was super nice. Super fast oil change, no pressure sales, and they did my inspection which I forgot was due in September. Easy peasy!”
