“I'm so satisfied with the convenience of grabbing an oil change when it fits my schedule versus having to schedule an appointment. I stopped by the Take 5- Concord location today to receive a full service oil change. Angel, was the technician that assisted me. He was friendly and professional. My oil change was quick and efficient. Angel, offered me a water bottle while I waited. He suggested that I get an oil filter and showed me my current one. I told him that I could not afford it today. He did not seem annoyed with my response. He told me that it could wait until next time! The entire staff were nice & attractive!!”

“Brought the car in to have the ac compressor replaced as well as the drier and switch. They only replaced the compressor and said that’s what was causing our issues. We said okay, we’ll trust you. Next day, wouldn’t ya know it the issue was still there.Brought the car back and said please just replace the drier and switch like we want. They said okay, and still only fixed a leak that they found. Again we figured we’d trust their judgement. Wouldn’t ya know it, same issue again.Finally brought it back a third time and they did the drier and switch like asked on our first trip. Air works great now under all conditions. They do good work, just might have to deal with them a little to get what you want done.”

Good indicator that this is a top-notch shop is when you look under the hood after the repairs are completed, everything that was removed to do the repairs was put back in its exact place (e.g., Air Intake box connected properly to the scoop, coolant lines/hoses routed and attached to clamps) and not hastily shoved in or like my experience with other Indy shop, completely forget to put back a critical component for engine management.4. Timeliness (5/5): Repairs were completed exactly in the timeframe quoted.5. Fair Pricing (5/5): I received a quote with detailed breakdown before the work began, and there were no surprise charges when I picked up my car.
