I’ve never felt safer in this rig!We had a tire blow out in our RV about 40 miles into our trip across country. Luckily they had the tires we needed and could replace all 6! We limped our way there to get the work done. They kindly opened their waiting room to us and everyone was beyond welcoming and kind hearted!We then found more issues that could not be done that day due to not having every part needed and the shop needed to close (it was 630pm which seems late to be open for any shop). We were able to sleep in our RV that night and as soon as we obtained the right parts, work was resumed!The people working here & Alan, especially, have restored so much of my faith in humanity.The love, kindness and empathy they have is immeasurable. I will forever be grateful. ❤️”

They always went out of the way for me and I greatly appreciated that during the stressful times I had with the car. They do good work and if something happens to go wrong they will take it back in and figure it out for you. Charlie dealt with a warranty company many many times for me and I appreciate that as well as him recommending next steps such as a lawyer or taking it to the DMV which he didn’t have to do but he did. I actually miss coming in there because I was there so often I could ask car questions and just talk to the nice people in there. I have since moved on to a different car that doesn’t need to come in every morning or two?. Thanks again Webster Radiator if I still lived in the area I would bring my cars there forever but I have recommended them to my friends and family as well as anyone reading this.”

“I stopped by close to closing time when I noticed one of my tires looks really low. I showed up to get my air filled and Austin R.informed me that the tire pressure was too low to pump and that I needed to book an appointment to get it looked at. He decided to take a second look and said he wanted to make sure that I was going to be okay. He removed the tire and realized there was a nail in it! He stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. This is the kind of customer service that I want to be bringing my business to. Thank you Austin and Christian for caring about your customers safety beyond your standard expectations!”

“This Goodyear was excellent today. Due to debris on I-85 I ended up with a quickly deflating tire. I swung into this Goodyear as it was next to my workplace. It was late on Saturday but they never made me feel like it. The staff were polite, knowledgeable and quickly found the piece of windshield stuck in my tire. They had me in and out within an hour so I could get to my work. The cost was appropriate and they explained everything. I am so appreciative to have found a honest and pleasant place at a horrible moment. Thank you guys for the excellent service. “As a single mom every penny I make and spend counts. This place may be busy but they are 1000% worth the wait. The mechanics are honest and never try to make "repairs" to things that don't need repairing just because im a woman and wont know any better. I never have a problem with my car after they've worked on it and they are reasonably priced. After a slew of bad mechanics trying to sell unnecessary repairs, I will ONLY come to punchys for my maintenance and repairs.”
