Zaprinthia was already fantastic to work with, but the moment I got the call from my son’s school, she and the manager, Dylan Goodman, shifted gears instantly. Once my son was stable and in an ambulance with my wife on the way to the ER, I was able to stop at the store again as it was on the route to the hospital. They had a second phone ready for me within minutes so I could stay connected with my wife and find her at the Hospital.
