“WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! After checking online for the new Peanuts Fall collection (PJ’s, slippers, and socks) they were out of stock of all the sizes I needed. I called the AE store at Birkdale and spoke with Grace and she was the ABSOLUTE SWEETEST! She was able to find all the sizes I needed and sat them to the side for me. Unfortunately she wasn’t there when I got there to pick everything up but I got everything purchased and everybody there was so sweet and funny! They made sure we found everything we needed before we checked out! I ended up coming back the next day to purchase a cardigan I saw and got to meet Grace and she was just as sweet and was so nice to talk to and I just had to leave a review for their store. I have never experienced any rude service at this store and will definitely be coming back soon!”
