“The employee (146819) went above and beyond to make sure my package arrive to my Aunt that has cancer. He took the extra time to put my items in a bigger box; because he didn’t want to crush any of the items or break them. He put extra bubble wrap around the items and he even put two of the items in a ziplock bag and proceeded to put more bubble wrap on top. I was highly impressed. Most important he was kind and kept a smile on his face.”
