“It is easy and convenient. I will let everyone know that it is a drop off and pick up location only. If you are dropping off then you have to have the label already on the package since they don't have the capability to scan the QR code. Now if you are picking up a package after getting a notice on your door, normally it will not arrive until the next day.”

“The employee (146819) went above and beyond to make sure my package arrive to my Aunt that has cancer. He took the extra time to put my items in a bigger box; because he didn’t want to crush any of the items or break them. He put extra bubble wrap around the items and he even put two of the items in a ziplock bag and proceeded to put more bubble wrap on top. I was highly impressed. Most important he was kind and kept a smile on his face.”
