“Wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff here is super friendly and always quick. I love how all my addresses are kept on file so I don't have to remember them. I've had problems using the post office in the past with things getting there but never when I ship it through here. They may never remember my name but they always remember who I am. I like how the estimated delivery times are shown on the register and I'm allowed to pick which service I want to use based on price and when my items will get there. It makes it super easy to make a choice and I am always asked what service I would like to use. I know the price may be a little higher than going directly to the post office but I pay for the Peace of Mind knowing I don't have to wait in line and I don't have to worry about my items not getting there in time.”

“I primarily use this location to ship packages, but have also used their notary services as well. Great service and much easier to deal with than the post office. Employees are usually masked and it's usually not crowded if you get there when they open.”

“First off, let me say I had the best experience you could ever have at Staples or any store or any business. I worked with a supervisor named Joe and clearly he should’ve been a manager because his customer service skills exceeded anything I’ve had ever experienced, or would have ever imagined. Joe was the epitome of great customer service. He took the time to help me and he had patience for my needs. Actually, he had more patience than I would’ve displayed at a job. He was nice, soft-spoken, and very helpful. I was confused and very needy when I walked in the store; however, I left out completely satisfied and happy. Joe exceeded my expectations with his good customer service, his patience and his manners. He was very professional. He helped me from start to finish and he did some hard work, yet he made it look so easy. Thanks JOE!!! For all your help and getting me the perfect results. “Great service but the information on the website needs to be updated.The website says they do passport photos but after waiting 15 minutes to get to the front of the line they then tell me they don’t do passport photos.Call and confirm what services they offer before you go.”

“I like to approach any and all situations from an understanding point of view. I keep a kind manner, and I'm not one to give people a hard time, BUT I do prepare myself for someone to give me a hard time. I had a situation with a delivery that caused me to leave work early and drive out of the way. I knew how I was going to explain my complaint in detail if it came to that point, but I first approached the worker and asked if they even had my delivery considering the phone operator said it wouldn't be at the location, again everyone is calm and kind without even knowing there is an issue, and within seconds of looking up my shippment she told me it was there and she walked right out with it. The end. It wasn't such a bad day, after all. Most of my reviews are explained this way because I like to remind people to chill out and be aware of yourself, your emotions, the situation, AND OTHERS. Even if it was their fault there's no point in ruining the day by having an attitude before you even know if it can be fixed in a calm manner and when it is their fault you can remain calm and politely tell them where they went wrong and leave knowing you are still going to have a good day because fussing and yelling at people about something that was a mistake, out of anyone's control, or YOUR FAULT is not going to do anything but annoy everyone and now they gone look at you crazy every time you come around. I'm just here to spread a good word. Relax and be kind. Fed was great. Good day.”
