“I recently had some business cards printed for my new consulting business. They sent me the proof and I looked at it and approved it. I didn't realize that my last name had been miss spelled, my mistake. I called Impact Printing and explained what had happened. They said no problem they would reprint my cards and call me when they were done. Surprisingly I received a call a couple of days later letting me know they were ready. I fully expected to pay for these cards being it was my mistake. They said No that there wouldn't be a charge. I was happy with there work the first time but this was just service over the top!! The invoices came in about 3 weeks and were exactly as I ordered, One issue with the company is that in my account it states the company is still waiting for approval - could have been overlooked with the order process but all is still good and I plan on doing more business with Value Printing.”

“Mr. John Harker who works at the counter at the UPS store in Fuquay Varina, NC is a top notch customer service person. He is so patient, so kind, so helpful. That is a very rare thing these days! I often come in with my 85 year old mother. She can’t get around and walk in stores well, and she’s an Amazon addict as a result. So she often has returns and gets the codes wrong, etc. Mr. Harker has helped us many times and he is always so kind and polite and patient. He is a true jewel, and I hope the store will hold onto him and recognize him as such. He goes above and beyond every single time!”

Ed helped me most directly. But just so kind and so jovial and happy and they are both so hardworking and what a great team!!!

I was told to stand by. Next Jake called me to his station. Because I had all my documents he was able to expedite my pre and he solved my problem. I could not have asked for these two gentleman to have been any kinder. I highly recommend this Staples. Thanks guys for helping me and getting me on my way.”
