Rude rude and more rude. Only person in drive thru but there was Not a hello not a welcome to Truist not a thank you .Today was the worst . Awful service

The worker in the drive-thru does not care about her customers and has no respect for her customers, the worker is not welcoming and does not receive her customers with a smile or at least says hello, I do not want to see her in the drive-throw

If you are a student or your child is banking with BB&T/Truist - I want you to be aware that they will charge you a maintenance fee for not having a certain amount of money in your account ($1500). I am in a master's program that does not allow time to work and I can not afford to always have $1500 in my account. I was unfortunately incorrectly given information by a member of this bank that said as long as a parent's account was attached to this account that it would not be an issue and I would not be charged a maintenance fee. Unfortunately, I was told incorrectly and was charged for multiple months, but instead of correcting their wrongs, they only offered to re-pay me some of the money I was charged. This is not a student-friendly bank, nor was their customer service adequate in helping me. If you are looking to start an account as a student - do not start here and take your money elsewhere!

Not sure why all the negative reviews, but I’ve been banking here for a few years and rarely had an issue. Any issues I’ve had have been promptly resolved. Recently, I had an unused account I wanted to close and transfer funds to. Kevin was especially helpful with getting everything I needed done quickly!

i do not have my banking at BB&T; however, my father has done banking with BB&T for over 30-years (primarily different branch). When handling my father's affairs, the customer service banker (at this particular branch) was rude, obnoxious, and has zero knowledge on legal financial affairs; however, carried the an attitude as if he did. The branch manager eventually took complete care of us, during this time, when made aware of the banker's incompetence. My review would have been much lower if it wasn't for the branch manager, and much higher if he was the person who initially handled our affairs.

Moved here recently and was looking for a bank. Setting up the account was super easy as the representative was great. Now every time I need something the bank tellers either say they can't do it or it won't go through. If I go to another BB&T such as in Greensboro it gets done like ASAP. I think more training might be needed for some of the tellers at this BB&T bank... I only gave two stars because of the helpful representative that sat up my account! GREAT JOB ON YOUR PART. YOU CAN DO YOUR JOB!

I want to give a half star AT BEST! Service was polite...but the problem is they DID NOT want to work with me, or assist me in cashing a check that I have cashed with the bank for at least two years now. The drive through teller lied to me about who was working inside and got busted by myself when I called her bluff and came inside on her. I can't stand liars...PERIOD! (And don't tell me she didn't know who was working with her because there was only four people working behind the counter with her). I also guess they don't have any type of history on their computers because they sure couldn't or even attempt to look me up so as assist me today. I drove 40 minutes up the road to be told they didn't know me, so they couldn't help. Funny thing is ... apparently if they'd of known me ( OR LOOKED MY ACCOUNT UP) they would have helped me??? Thank God I've been with this bank since I was in my 20's and now I'm in my 40's and they claim to be the best of the best and take care of their customers. I would not recommend going to this branch. In my opinion it should be shut down and have its house cleaned, and some customer service training made mandatory. Please just stick to your local branch. I only went here because it's open on Saturday and I couldn't get to my local branch during business hours. From what I can tell I'm not the only one who was disappointed by this branch. I just hope the branch manager reads this post and the numerous others who are dissatisfied with the lackluster service this branch provides and does something about it.
